Chocolate Pie

4 heaping tablespoons flour
4 rounded tablespoons cocoa
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 cup milk
1 cup cold water
1/2 stick butter
1 pie shell, baked
Cool Whip or whipped cream

Put flour, cocoa and sugar in heavy sauce pan and mix well. Beat egg yolks with milk, water and melted butter and add to sauce pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Pour into prepared pie shell. Refrigerate.

Serve plain or with Cool Whip or whipped cream.

Sally's Hawaiian Chicken

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup low-sodium, low-fat chicken broth
1 20-oz. can chunk pineapple packed in juice, undrained
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
2 tbsp lite soy sauce
2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
1/2 tsp ginger

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown chicken in nonstick skillet for 3 minutes on each side. Combine all ingredients in large baking dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
