Brownie Cake

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 large bowl
1 mixer
1 saucepan
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup butter
1 cup water
4 tbsp cocoa
tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda

Combine 2 cups flour and 2 cups sugar in a large bowl. In large saucepan combine 1/2 cup oil, 1/4 stick of butter, a cup of water, 4 tablespoons of cocoa. Heat on medium, stir to prevent sticking, and bring to a boil. When boiling, pour into bowl of flour and sugar. Blend until smooth. Add 1 tsp vanilla, 2 eggs, 1 cup buttermilk, a teaspoon of baking soda, and beat until smooth. Pour into a large, greased baking pan and cook at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, or until any wooden object (toothpick, broomstick) can be inserted and removed with no batter clinging.

Frosting 1 box powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
6 tbsp milk
4 teaspoons cocoa
cup nuts
1/2 bag little marshmallows

Blend to desired texture, frost brownie cake while hot.

Sweet Potato Souffle

1 cup shredded coconut
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1small can pineapple
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 large can sweet potatoes
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 cup orange juice
1/2 stick butter

Combine in large bowl and mix until smooth. Pour into large greased baking dish. Top with mixture of 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 cup flour, 1/2 stick butter, and pecans.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
