Whole Grain Pizza

2 1/2 ups freshly-milled flour
2 teaspoons yeast
1 tablespoon sucanat with honey
1 tablespoon sea salt
4 cups water
4 1/4 cups extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup freshly-milled flax seeds

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. If using pizza stone, heat this in oven for ten minutes. Mix ingredients well. Turn out dough onto well-floured board and knead with heel of hand several times. Cut into two parts. Roll out onto round and place on stone or pizza pan. Add favorite toppings and bake for 1-20 minutes or until golden and bubbling on top. Let sit for 10 minutes before cutting.

On program we used homemade Alfredo sauce, fresh baby spinach, onions, mushrooms, goat cheese, fresh raw milk, basil cheese, come mozzarella and garlic. Also made a tomato cheese sauce pizza with mushrooms, goat cheese, fresh raw milk basil cheese, some mozzarella and garlic. Also made a tomato sauce pizza with mushrooms, onions, cheese and garlic. Makes two medium pizzas.
