World's Best Hamburgers

2-3lb chuck roast, cubed (Do Not Trim Fat)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chicken base
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Put all ingredients into food processor. Pulse until coarsely ground. Do not overprocess ingredients. Form into hamburger patties of desired size. Cook as you would any hamburger. Be sure not to press juices out of burgers when they are flipped. Serve, and enjoy

Sweet Potato Souffle

5 or 6 sweet potatoes
1 1/2 stick of butter
1 large can evaporated milk
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
2 eggs
1 cup of flour
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Cook sweet potatoes until tender. Drain. Add 3/4 stick of butter, evaporated milk, sugar, flour, 2 beaten eggs, and a teaspoon of vanilla. Mix well. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Top with the remaining butter, brown sugar, pecans, and cornflakes. Bake for 15 more minutes at 350 degrees. Serve, and enjoy!
