Lemon Pound Cake

1 cup Crisco
4 eggs
1 tbsp lemon flavoring
1 cup sweet milk
2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups plain flour
1/2 cup self-rising flour

Cream Crisco and sugar until smooth and creamy; add eggs (1 egg at a time); add flour and milk, alternating between the two; add flavoring.  Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Frosting for cake

1 tbsp Crisco
3/4 stick margarine
1 tbsp lemon flavoring
1 box powdered sugar
1/4 cup regular milk

Cream all ingredients together.  Frost cake.
