Cheese Biscuits

1/2 pound grated sharp cheese
1/2 pound margarine
2 1/2 lbs sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 dash cayenne pepper

Let cheese and margairen soften at room temperature.  Blend cheese, margarine, and salt together.  Add flour and pepper.  When mixture is well-blended, divide into three long rolls.  Refrigerate overnight.  Cut cheese rolls into thein slices and put a pecan on top of each.  Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Pecan Pie
3 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
2 cups light brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup light corn syrup
3/4 tsp vanilla
1 pie shell

Cream butter slowly. Mix all ingredients together and beat briskly. Pour into a pie shell and bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
