Momma Holt's Italian Casserole (Ashley's mom)

1 Can (15oz) of tomato sauce
1 lb of hamburger
1 and ½ cups of Macaroni noodles
1 large bag of shredded cheddar cheese
½ tbsp of black pepper
½ teaspoon of salt
½ onion (chopped)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop onion and cook with Hamburger over medium high, until brown.

Drain hamburger and onion mixture to remove excess grease. Pour tomato sauce into hamburger and onion and stir together. Mix in Salt and Pepper (add more if taste desires). Boil Macaroni noodles and drain when tender. Pour the cooked Macaroni noodles into the bottom of a medium sized glass casserole dish. Pour the tomato and hamburger mixture on top of the noodles. Stir all ingredients together in the dish until it is spread evenly over the dish. Spread the cheese on the top of the mixture until it covers the entire dish. Bake at 350 for 25 min's or until cheese is melted and golden in color.

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 jar (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Crème
1 package of strawberries

Mix or whip ingredients until well blended; cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with strawberries.
