Beeb's Ham Roll-Ups (Serves 25ish)

1 package large flour tortillas
16 ounces cream cheese- softened
1 can pitted black olives
1 can green chilies
1 package sliced boiled ham- about a pound

Combine Cream Cheese, olives, ham and chilies in a food processor, making a rich and thick filling.

Spread filling onto flour tortillas, roll tightly and place in a casserole dish with a damp towel over them in a refrigerator for atleast 3 hours to re chill. Remove from pan, slice roll- ups on a diagonal into inch rounds place on decorative serving platter and serve with favorite honey mustard sauce- can be store bought to save time.

Sausage Balls with a Kick! Makes 36 pieces.

pound sausage
cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 cup Biscuit Mix

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove the sausage from its casing. Mix well with the other ingredients. Roll into one- inch balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes. Serve Warm

People Puppy Chow

cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
12 ounces chocolate chips
14 ounces crispix cereal

In a double boiler, melt the butter, chocolate chips, and peanut butter together until smooth.

Pour over the cereal and toss to coat. Place the powdered sugar into a zip lock bag, pour the cereal mixture in and shake.

Serve in a Clean (preferably new) dog dish.
